@unobab123 - Don't get me wrong, but this forum is about Laravel and its derivatives, not about support of another service. - I think that you should ask to the DigitalOcean's support or maybe give the oracle (Google) a try.

Also, OpenCart has multiple security issues and the dev in charge of it does not respond well to criticism.
