Looking for a support network

Hey Everyone! I've been programming for about 6 years, and have been using Laravel for the last 8 months. Although I would consider myself to be fairly proficient, I still have a ton to learn. With that said, I feel as though it's time for me to join a community tech community.

I want to step outside of my comfort zone, and start mingling with some other devs. If any of you are interested, please comment below and introduce yourselves.

  • Cheers!

Hi @solysol5

This forum is a great place to help with Laravel. It's a pretty friendly place, populated by like minded developers.

Just post questions on anything you're interested to know and you'll normally get some input. Be sure to give code and context.

Hi @solysol5

Besides this forum, I also:

  • Use medium to read the articles about Laravel, PHP, UI, etc.

  • Connect to most of the popular PHP, Laravel, and techie guys (like us) to be aware of the latest news on our tech community via Twitter.

  • Follow blogs of people that are building projects and share their challenges with the general public.

On my case I am on my 2nd Laravel project after 1 year almost learning Laravel and although I am already developing a bit more deeper and efficiently in the framework, I know that there is a lot to learn. Much as learning the objects and methods that most are not so much documented (which is normal since it's a lot of to document and might not be used so much by everyone) is the approach that you will do for a specific development that you need to create.

Still, this forum is very good to share your thoughts and doubts. We will be here to help you and also to learn from you too :)

Please or to participate in this conversation.
