How to refactor Laravel PHP code in Sublime ?

Hi, following Jeff tutorial and using sublime too, but how to use sublime in professional environment where I need to refactor code that is referenced in multiple places in a typical large project? This is done easily in PHPStorm.

Thanks MaverickChan, but cmd+p only takes me to anywhere, but I want to refactor say change variable name that could be referenced in million places...

I've never used it, but there is a refactor php package for sublime.
