i am getting Fatal error everytime
i have bought laravel based site called laraclassified developer never helped how to install i figure out to install by my own but now am getting fatal error saying Fatal error: Call to undefined function Illuminate\Foundation\Bootstrap\mb_internal_encoding() in /home/user/public_html/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Foundation/Bootstrap/LoadConfiguration.php on line 43
