'bad request' error when running php artisan migrate

Hi all

Any help would be appreciated with my current Artisan error, trying to refresh migrations but i'm getting a 'bad request' error with no other information.

Hosting my app on Azure, just started having problems has been fine for months.

any thoughts or advice on what might be causing?
