Spark Install - download errors?

Hi, trying to get Spark installed, but struggling, any guidance gratefully received please!

I've followed Spark install instructions for Composer and got as far as updating my composer.json file, I then run 'Composer update' and I get the following;

Any suggestions where I'm going wrong please?
