How can I limit the user to a single session tab?

Hello guys

How can I limit the user to a single tab? I mean, if he is opening another tab in same browser, and he is auth of course, how can I show him a „Take control” questions?

Similar to WhatsApp web version.

And If he takes the control, then show to the old user (previsious tab) same message plus info about what's happend with the session.
