what can you say bout this in Digital Ocean account suspended

I opened an account with Digital Ocean for my client and I used my money to pay a month subscription, But the client failed to pay me and I neglected the account after the 1st one month which led to a debt of $10 before suspension.

Now the client just paid me today, and I will want open a new account but I kept wondering if DO will detect am the same person due to my domain mapping record since I will map same domain on old account to new?
