EC2 Management via Forge

I have an app that is using EC2 machines on AWS. The database is hosted on an RDS instance.

I was looking at Forge for managing and scaling of EC2 instance. It appears to me that you need to use custom VPS option on Forge to provision EC2 machine. I am assuming that I should be able to deploy the app via Forge after provisioning.

However, I am not sure how do you horizontally scale your system? Do I need to use the elastic load balancer on AWS? or just create multiple instance of EC2 and provision via Forge and let Forge handle the load balancing?

Thanks

Thanks for responding but no one appears to know. There is no option to contact the developers of forge on their website either (which is kind of odd).

You can get to the contact form by going to the FAQ in the menu under your account name in Forge, then on the support page, click on FAQ again, and there is the Contact Us form. Not the most logical way, but probably a test :-) Taylor was responsive to me a while ago.
