Vue-router OnePager GoogleAnalytics Pageview

I have here a Vue plugin which is integrated in Wordpress and loads data from a Laravel backend. Because the page is already loaded and the plugin is rendered many times later, the header is already ready. Furthermore the change between detail and listview is possible without page refresh via view-router. The complete tracking for the PageViews is lost.

Does anyone know the problem and could give a tip how to send data from the Vue plugin to Anayltics to continue tracking the pageviews of the detail view?
