Using Vuejs inside Laravel

Is there good documentation or tutorials getting started with Vuejs in a Laravel application. What I am looking for is using Laravel as a API and VueJS as the front-end. I am currently using the latest version of Laravel and Elixr.

Some things I have been thinking about: VueJS Routing VueJS Ajax Authentication.

The laracasts are awesome. But it doesn't really focus on best practices. Setting a project to use Vue Routing security. There is no solid tutorial out there.
