Interview question help

so my brief is: a client asked to develop a suite of e-learning modules, served on their LMS internal platform as 10 individual SCORM compliant zip files for for each e-learning module. there would be a share navigation and each module should have its own colour palette and unique content

I am thinking I would tackle this using VUE - I'm thinking passing unique content down as props to the child component and not sure how to go about the individual theming of each seperate colour palette?! maybe an ID?

I'd probably have to use GULP when I'm packing everything up... a little bit of help here would be great
