How do I open a specific page TAB when loadind my application with Vue.js?

I have a vue.js and laravel aplication. I would like to be able to redirect the user to a page with a specific tab already selected (on this page I have two tabs, "general" and "password"). Is it possible for the page to be loaded with the "password" tab already selected? Sorry for the beginner question.
