Vapor UI - error installing

I'm new to Vapor and I'm trying to install Vapor UI.

First I ran "composer require laravel/vapor-ui".

But the "vapor-ui" command is not created so when I run "php artisan vapor-ui:install" it says that the command "vapor-ui" is not defined.

Level 1

I had same problem try delete bootstrap/cache/packages.php.
