Vapor assets doesn't load file with umlaut

Hi,

Did anybody have issue with files which have umlauts in the name? Looks like if file has umlaut when Vapor deploy and load assets to S3 these files isn't load. I use asset() helper for these files but links doesn't work.

Maybe somebody know how to fix this issue without rename files?
