It's pretty self explanatory. Delete projects associated with the AWS account, then unlink the AWS account from Vapor.

Laravel Vapor: Delete Cloud Provider
I have two AWS cloud providers set up on Laravel Vapor and I wish to delete one of them, but it gives me an error saying "This cloud provider is still associated with active projects". What can I do to fix this and delete the provider successfully?

Well, the thing is those are active projects. So there is no way to change the AWS users without deleting projects?

Same here... how do I de-link an aws account from existing vapor team/project, without deleting the team/project. I do not wish to delete the project or team or the aws account, just de-link them.
