AWS charges for IP addresses

Hi all - I spotted a new charge on my AWS bill this month for VPC - Since Feb '24 AWS is charging for public IPs but I was surprised at the cost. I've been charged 5,000 hours for what I think is 3 nat gateway's public IP addresses?

I've asked AWS support to point me in the right direction to explain how this is calculated but I wondered if anyone else has noticed this on thier bills?
