Using a Load Balancer will take care of your HTTP to HTTPS redirection. This isn't documented but found this was easier than routing everything through CloudFlare. Also allows you to apply the WAF in the future if you'd like to.

Alternative to CloudFlare?
We would like to utilize gateway-version: 2 however it requires the CloudFlare reverse proxy(?) for HTTP to HTTPS redirection.
20$ plan says aren't business-critical. A little scary.
200$ plan however costs too much and includes a ton of features we do not require.
Is there any other, preferably AWS, solution to use?
