@abkrim I use the PHP Intelephense extension, and get line-throughs and tooltips for deprecated methods:

Visual Code extension for show methods deprecated
In PHPStorm I have no problems with this, but in Visual Code I can't find how to see in which parts of the code a deprecated method is being used.
I am unable to find anything that will help me with Visual Code, and the truth is that it is to help a co-worker.
