Need Help Regarding a weird Subscription

Hello,

I'm Working on a project which offers Office space subscription. A user can opt for monthly, weekly, alternate days or daily subscription or can just order once.

The user can also select a day on which he doesn't want office space during his subscription period. And he can also increase or decrease the quantity of the space on any given date during his subscription.

What will be the best way to store this subscription info.

I have everything setup but don't know what will be the best way to store subscription info.

Any Suggestion?
