Materail Design CSS without the JS

Hi I have been very attracted to using Bulma, since all the JS components can be implemented using Vue.js, as there is no dependency on jQuery of something else. However, I also really like material design, but I cannot find a way that is as simple to integrate as Bulma. Does anyone have a recommendation for either some npm packages that can change the layout of Bulma, or maybe a material design CSS framework that works similar to Bulma?
