Laracasts not rendering anything without JS (SPA without SSR)

It seems Laracasts indexable site is now an SPA, but it does not use any SSR. I don't think search engines that don't run JS will be able to index any content. How does the site get indexed?

Laracasts and other SPA build sites use sitemap.xml for indexing, but the site owner needs to manually submit the sitemap URL to search engines. For Google we will use Google Search Console: https://search.google.com/search-console/about
