How to structure independent students, sponsored students and students belonging to a company?

Hi Guys.

I'm building a learning platform with the majority of the students being sponsored by organisations. I want to also allow individuals to be able to take courses independently. Then there's the corporate part where companies can enroll their employees in some courses like LinkedIn Business. Not sure how to structure this from a database perspective.
