Connection between Navicat and Digitalocean key issue

Hi, This is my first time to use DO and to deploy my Laravel app. Now I wanted to connect and establish connection using Navicat for my database coz I'm not a fan of phpmyadmin. I fill out the fields in Navicat and when I tested the connection it shows a popup keyexchange issue saying:

80070007: SSH Tunnel: Server does not support diffie-hellman-group1-sha1 for keyexchange.

I found a solution link here but I', not sure if this is a fix.
