I can't recall any instances where Jeffrey did this, but you can take a look at the Laravel Forge SDK and see if there's enough there to give you a good starting point.

Building an SDK for an API
I am connecting to an api which is all fine and dandy but I want to extract it to a package. I thought I had seen Jeff teach a session or two on this but cant seem to find it (it may have been as an aside while doing something else).
Can anyone point me to an episode or two or other external references that might help.
