I am planning to build a water billing web application. I have been learning Laravel and have been working on some personal projects, but still don't have enough proper knowledge how to manage a project from planning to production. Do you guys have any suggestions and recommendations how I'm going to set this up?
Well, this is a tough question because every project is different. It already depends on how much people work on it, what the budget is, and if there is a deadline. Depending on all those things, you can create a plan and start working.
What exactly are you looking for? Is it tools? Or is it project planning? Or is it default packages you can use?
If dealing with any type of payments, and if having to asked here, I would suggest hire a seasoned programmer to assist you. Security will be needed in such a project.
