I'll answer my own question again. The answer is very simple actually. Just set the value on the file input to the absolute path of what you want to upload. https://github.com/giorgiosironi/phpunit-selenium/issues/156

Testing file uploads with Selenium?
Im trying to write tests for a file upload Vue component but can't get it to work at all. Id show code, but Ive got nothing to show for the last two hours of my life :( Has anybody had any luck with this? Im using PHPUnit_Extensions_Selenium2TestCase.
