How to resolve Windows PowerShell and other error messages?

I am a new user of Laravel. My laptop specifications are Lenovo Yoga 510 i7 8GB Ram hard disk free space is 35GB. I am following a tutorial and today I got several error messages.

1- Windows PowerShell. Error: 127.0.0.1:63689 Closing. Error: 127.0.0.1:63689 Accepted.

2- Visual Studio Code Error. The Windows is not responding. (You can reopen or close the window or keep waiting).

3- WerFault.exe - Application Error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000012d). Click OK to close the application.

These errors are presenting and I have to restart my laptop every time. Does anyone know what this problem is?
