Just spotted in another post that you have to use the API key as the password and not the password to access your account.

Using Spark with a different model
I see that with Spark, its based on the User model by default. Is it possible to use a different model for billing? i.e. i would like to bill per site (physical location), yet allow them to have unlimited users.
