User and team subscriptions simultaneously

I've only used Team billing, but supposedly it's possible... The docs do say

Note: You may define user and team billing plans within the same application.

but people seem to have issues getting it to work and the docs aren't clear on HOW to do it. https://github.com/laravel/spark/issues/948

I do this with a Spark 5 app. No subscription needed with user registration, which has probably saved me a big headache. I did have to hack into the Spark code to manually disable the subscription buttons for whatever the user is not subscribed to.
