Spark while developing

is Spark evaluation possible without buying a license? what´s best way to develop a Spark site without paying license until site goes live?

@fwartner is right.

Here are my 2 cents to it. Spark is already worth the invest to see and learn how Taylor coded something like this, even if you do not intend to launch anything at all.
