Spark - Subscriptions via Invoicing

Hey,

I am currently trying to implement a way to subscribe as a team to a Spark based server. This is because the majority of users that will be signing up as teasm will only be able to pay via invoicing.

I am using the Braintree integration and have tried to fake both transactions and subscriptions without charging the user, however Braintree requires a payment method nonce which I cannot generate.

Has anyone successfully managed to set up invoice based billing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
