Spark | Importing existing users showing no subscription

Testing manually adding an existing customer to the Spark database it shows the user in Kiosk but no subscription.

Stripe id is added along with the plan and the plan is added to Spark. Using Live stripe keys. Appears to have all the necessary fields to connect the customer to stripe.

Anyone successfully added in existing users from Stripe?
