Spark Classic findBillable for teams?

I am using team billing and am trying to use Cashier::findBillable('stripe_id") to access the Stripe customer, but it is returning null. I am using the stripe_id from the Team table.

Does findBillable method work with a team?

I'm an amateur developer and am just returning to a project (and Laravel) after several months off, so my apologies if this is an really obvious question.
