Several Spark question/issues

Hi,

I'm using Spark now for over 2 weeks and I have the feeling it isn't working correct or that I don't understand how it works.

First of all, all my plans have trial of 14 days. When a user subscribed I never see this reflected in Stripe and I also immediately receive a payment. Looking at the Stripe docs this should be mentioned at subscription level. Any body knows more about this?

2nd issue I found is that invoices are never attached to the emails. I receive a lot of emails from customers asking were the invoice is. Any has this same issue?
