Well, did you check if the HTML contains any element that has an ID of app?
Did you customize anything else? If not, you might be better of contacting Spark since it's a paid product.

New Spark/Laravel Project bug please help
I'm pretty new to Spark and my boss gave me new project, I just cloned and composer install, composer dump-autoload -o, and npm install, php artisan migrate, npm run dev and stuff, and whenever I go to register this happen, any tips how to fix this?
