Licensing Advice

Hi Community!

I'm really enjoying working with Laravel and Spark but would like to seek some advice from you pros about how best to license my new application.

I built it currently using team billing and overall I think it's fine but what I don't like is a trial user can continue to create additional trial teams. The application deals with a problem that is short term in many ways and the solution works in 2-week cycles, as such a user could just recreate themselves a new team and never subscribe.

What I would like to see if the below;

#1 User signs up and registers a team under a trial #2 User can't create a new team while under a trial #3 User subscribes and then creates new teams without a trial (and either uses the same billing or needs to provide billing details on creation)

Is there a way out of the box to achieve this? If not could I get some guidance and what updates would need to be made to make it so?
