Duplicate Team Names in Spark

I guess in reality this may not happen, but I can easily see how it might and as soon as it does things get really confusing:

A few folk meet and decide to use my SaaS, there's a slight misunderstanding about how they create and join a single team, two people go away and both create teams with the same name - there is no warning, no clear way to distinguish which is which without digging into the html or looking at the link, worse they both invite each other to work on their team and then you have two teams with multiple members.

Does anyone have any experience of this, is it a problem in reality or am I being over cautious and it doesn't matter?

If this is a problem I guess I better start looking deeper into Spark. I would have thought that this would have been part of the design though - no two teams with exactly the same name - thanks!
