Bug - TeamSubscribed event fired on subscription cancellation

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post bugs (I can't find an issue tracking repository for Spark), but I'm getting the following issue:

The TeamSubscribed event is being fired even when a user is cancelling their plan. This leads to a few awkward situations where I am sending users onboarding emails when they have just cancelled their plans!

This is using the 'team billing' options. Also all the plans on my site are cancel at the end of the period, rather than immediate cancellation.

This has been going on for a few months now, and I am guessing is the result of a change with the Stripe API.
