Add custom fields to the teams table (not to the user) in Spark registration form
Hi there, i want to add some fields to the teams table, in the user case we have createUsersWith() method but in my case i don't know how to do it. Can you help me guys ?

@nidalo91 @bhalliburton Looking at the Spark source code, there’s a createTeamsWith() method that works the same way for teams: https://github.com/laravel/spark/blob/5.0/src/Configuration/CallsInteractions.php#L113-L122

Thx! It appears that the Spark-installer was not installing the most recent version and that was just added in last 60 days.
