Laravel Reverb - FrankenPHP

I hope this reaches out to anyone who has encountered something similar. I have created a Laravel application in a WSL(on Windows) environment. I have so far installed Octane and with that the FrankenPHP server. Im using Sail to run this server and I also have Inertia installed. Right now if I access the Welcome page I get an error that reverb fails to connect through echo, which means the connection failed on wss://laravel.test:8080 any of the ports I try. I can't run as it would be the case with --hostname="laravel.test" as Laravel documentation suggests because I can't place localhost on the hostname. If any of you have managed to configure this would be awesome.
