I’m trying to learn react but…

How do you all maintain the drive to learn and make things on your own time? I work in an Angular shop 8 hours a day, I have about 6 years experience with a small amount of React experience from like 2016. I don’t feel like I’m growing as a dev at my current company but when I’m off the clock that’s family time, hobby time, etc? What motivates you to keep learning off the clock?
