steam trade with php

Hi, I'm writing a website in PHP that needs to send trade offers to some of the users in the website using their steamid64 so far I tried these libraries with no luck

halipso/php-steam-tradeoffers

waylaidwanderer/PHP-SteamCommunity

has anyone had luck with the steam trade? if you can guide me here I will be grateful.

I tried both libraries but got odd errors and I think that has something to do with the libraries being old. so much has changed since then both inside and outside of php

I also tried all of the available halipso library forks, and none worked either. sorry for not putting the link for the libraries I tried and got an error "You can't add links on the first day of signing up"
