PHP Artisan color problem only in one project

Hello guys,

For more than a month i have an issue with git bash colors for artisan commands in php storm. When i write "php artisan anything" i get something like this ?[32m some message ?[39m. It's weird beacuse this happens in a specific project...All others projects are ok.

What i tried:

1. set type of terminal at xterm-256color,
2. installed an older git bash version,
3. updated git bash to the newest version,
4. updated storm,
5. uninstalled git bash

I think i have a package installed or something like this that cause this, but that's just my thought. Do you have any idea how can i fix this?
