@bashy why jeffrey made a Regular Expressions Tuts Here ? ( because these tuts does not depend on the framework or code style ) .
i just love to learn new stuff from jeffrey even when i know some of the security techniques.

I know some lessons here are not for Laravel but security is a big topic and it would take a lot of videos and lessons to cover it all. Plus there are different ways of doing it and the needs are from minimal to government security.
Jeffrey may well cover small parts in lessons but I would have a search for security stuff as there's a lot to learn. Session fixation, session hijacking, CSRF, XSS, SSL encryption, SQL injection and server faults/misconfigurations are just a few.
