Installing Valet - Do I need to install PHP using Homebrew if I already have it installed

Hi,

I would like to try/install Valet but before I do it I would like to have a better understanding of how it gets installed. I guess this is a lack of knowledge of how Homebrew works in general.

So, my question is, do I need to install PHP and MySql trhough Homebrew if I already have them installed in my machine?

It seems that you need to install php only if your version is less than 7.0 https://scotch.io/tutorials/use-laravel-valet-for-a-super-quick-dev-server#installing-the-prerequisites
