Can you show your complete Dockerfile, and docker-compose.yml? Perhaps you are referencing the wrong Dockerfile

Install PHP extension imagemagick using Sail
On a brand new Laravel Sail app, I have tried: 1.

@Sinnbeck Update ...Think I was using the wrong dockerfile. Should have been 8.1 and not 8.0. So far I can see build installing the imagemagick extension. Waiting for end result ...

@FireBlade You should publish them and point to the published versions instead. If you run composer update or install new stuff, your vendor folder will be reverted.

@Sinnbeck Finally ...looks like the extension was not installed . I modified Dockerfile 8.1 Line 17 to include
libpng-dev python2 imagemagick
Getting error trying to run my Laravel app:
Class "Imagick" not found
./vendor/bin/sail php -m does not indicate such a module...

Hello sir, I am using laravel sail and i need to generate QR Code with BaconQrCode. But I got an error "You need to install the imagick extension to use this back end". Can u help me ? Thanks
