Error Config Lumen

I have an issue with Lumen 10.x, PHP 8.1, debug variable is false.

I have 500 errors raised by lumen on PHP Warnings, example : "local.ERROR: Undefined array key "commentary" {"exception":"[object] (ErrorException(code: 0)"

Those errors are PHP Warnings.

I would like to know if it's possible to setup Lumen to avoid to generate ERROR for PHP Warning or for some error levels.
