Can you show your code? Also what kind of server do you have? You might need to upgrade your hosting if you have a site with a lot of big videos!
As an example Laracasts uses vimeo as a video provider and loads the videos from there ;)

xmlhttprequest video upload
hey i have a website about courses which i make admin upload videos in sever host monster but when i upload a large video like 100 mb it's very slow and when i start upload and go to another tab in chrome when it arrive to 100% it did not give me a success message it stay in 100% (and does not upload the file it stay in 100% only ) i'am using xmlhttprequest any solution , suggest or advice please and thank's in advance .

thanks for replay i have introduction video that every one can see but i also have videos for each course that no one can access so i do not want to host them in vimeo for letting people download them ( please if i'am wrong correct me ) so i host my videos in a shared host in (host monster ) . here's my code https://jsfiddle.net/vykbx4L0/

@saddsa FYI HostMonster won't like you very much for hosting videos on their servers. I'm in the progress of moving my sites away from them as they're not particularly reliable and for an "unlimited" package, they're not unlimited.
If you will be making money from your site then I would suggest investing in VimeoPro as that is what their infrastructure is designed for.
