Whats your recommendation for ecommerce

I am trying to come up with a basic solution for an ecom site.

but is based on Symfony and I am looking to stay with laravel. I watched a few tutorials by mindspace to making a shopping cart but I couldnt figure out how to do an admin where you add the products. Then in reverse, I got an admin going but couldnt figure out how to make the products show on the frontend. Still learning but I have to admit, this is very fun for me.

Any recommendations on a good tutorial or script I can use for an ecom site?
